Austrian organist Stefan Donner with a single concert in Lviv!

Stefan Donner received a bachelor’s degree  cum laude from the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien and master's degree in organ performance with an emphasis in early music from the Amsterdam Conservatory, where he studied organ with Jacques van Oortmerssen. Stefan has also participated in master classes with James David Christie, Ludger Lohmann and Olivier Latry.
Stefan is the recipient of various awards including first place in the 2008 Daniel Herz Organ Competition (Italy). He received a Fulbright Grant to study at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York. As a concert organist, Stefan has performed in Austria, Germany, Italy, Romania, Hungary, Spain, Finland, Greece, and the United States.
Stefan is currently the principal organist at Saint Leopold Church and the chapel organist at the Schönbrunn Palace Chapel, both in Vienna, Austria. He is particularly interested in music from the North German organ school by Dietrich Buxtehude, Nicolaus Bruhns, and Vincent Lübeck.
