IRMOS Stritennya

Presentation of Jesus at the Temple (Stritennya in Ukrainian) is one of the most important Christian holidays. This is a meeting of winter and spring, the Old and New Testament, person and person.
This is the path from the prayer of the Christmas to the prayer of the Presentation of Jesus at the Temple.
The program of the evening will consist of ancient spiritual songs from the Galician manuscripts and early printed books of the XVII-XVIII centuries.
Performed in the Old Slavonic language.
