The Center for Urban History of East Central Europe was founded in 2004 as a non-profit organization, and since then the Center has been conducting non-profit activities. In all its activities, whether academic or cultural, the Center adheres to the principles of openness to new perspectives, tolerance to difference, responsibility to the future.
