Night of poetry with the organ

Organ Hall presents a new project of musical and poetry compositions
"The Night of Poetry with the Organ. Rilke "The Life of the Virgin Mary". Organ music, German songs with piano and literary poems by Rainer Maria Rilke "The Life of Mary". This evening Roman Stefanko will play organ and pianist Andriy Makarevych will perform with vocalist Adriana Chuchman.
Roman Stefanko translated of "The Life of Mary"in Ukrainian. Actors of the M. Zankovetska National Academic Drama Theater will perform it in the Lviv Organ Hall.
Also in the program of the concert are Lviv organ premieres.

About performers

The well-known in Lviv choirmaster Roman Stefanko will appear before the audience in a new role - an organist. He worked in many choirs in Lviv. He worked as a choirmaster in the cathedral chorus of the St. George's Cathedral. He sang in Swedish and German choirs in Stockholm.
In 2017 he graduated from Ersta/Sköndal högskola (Sweden). He performs as an organist in many churches in Stockholm. Being also  a composer and arranger, Roman Stefanko contributed to the Swedish State Music Library over 35 musical pieces.
Adriana Chuchman in 2003 graduated from LNMA them. M. Lysenko. Singing in the professional choirs of Lviv. Has a high lyric soprano. As a soloist performs baroque and modern vocal music. Participant in international music projects in Ukraine, Poland, France, Switzerland, Great Britain.
Andriy Makarevych is an Ukrainian pianist, graduate of the Glier Kyiv Institute of Music and the Lviv National Musical Academy. Improved mastery from well-known pianist Oksana Rapita. Laureate of international competitions in Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Ukraine. Permanent member of the Lviv Organ Hall programs (Cartoons for live music, Music from books, Liszt transcendental sketches, French Carnival, etc.)
