Veryovka Ukrainian Folk Choir. Mozart’s Requiem

How does the Ukrainian soul sing? You can imagine it if you hear the Ukrainian National Academic Folk Chorus named after H.Veryovka. The legendary ensemble, which has conquered hundreds of scenes all over the world. Veryovka Choir will visit the Lviv Organ Hall on April 4th.

Veryovka has become a symbol of the Ukrainian folk song. But there is a lot of classical music pieces in its repertoire. This performance will be a concert of spiritual music "We worship your passions...". The first part of it will feature spiritual chants, psalms and prayers on music of Ukrainian composers. And in the second section the walls of Organ Hall will stifling by the 50-voice performance of Mozart's Requiem.
