In the framework of the Alberto Lysy International Festival Organ Hall presents a concert of chamber music as a commemoration of the great violinist and teacher. The sonatas by Prokofiev and Lekeu and the cycle "Four seasons in Buenos Aires" by Piazzolla will be performed by Lviv violinists from Switzerland Oleg Kaskiv and Vasyl Zatsiha, Spanish cellist Pablo de Naveran and pianist from Britain Olga Sitkovetska.
"Alberto Lysy International Festival in Lviv, where the students of the Maestro take part, is a commemoration, a great respect and gratitude to an outstanding violinist and teacher", says Oleg Kaskiv, founder, director and artistic director of the festival. Argentinian violinist and conductor of Ukrainian origin Alberto Lisiy made a huge contribution to the development of Ukrainian academic music. Among the well-known  Ukrainian musicians are many his students, and the manner of performance and virtuosity of techniques contain a piece of maestro. He promised to return to Ukraine during his last visit, but physically, this will never be possible. Therefore, through his work and at this festival, Alberto Lysy returns to Ukraine again.
