P.M. It's Bach, baby!
 
In his life, Johann Sebastian Bach wrote 1127 works (perhaps even more). He created in all genres of his time, except for the opera. The master of polyphony and the fugue genius had a special affection for the organ. Bach's works for the organ are viewed today as a wonder of mathematical accuracy, human dedication and sacred purity.
Olga Chundak from Uzhhorod will lead the guests of the Organ Hall into the wonderful world of Bach's music.
 
The concert will be a part of the International Organ Festival, which will be held at the Lviv Organ Hall for the ninth time. Lviv will become the official organ capital of Ukraine from July 14 to August 18. The guests will witness 15 concerts from outstanding organists from four countries, master classes and hours of good music!
 
Olga Chundak was born in a musical family. She learned how to play the organ from the Honored Artist of Ukraine Natalia Vysich. She graduated from the D. E. Zador Uzhhorod State Music Academy and the Uzhhorod Branch of the S. S. Prokofiev Donetsk State Musical Academy, where she mastered in piano and organ. Prize and diploma winner of several international and All-Ukrainian music festivals. Participated in master classes of the best European organists. Works at the Uzhhorod School of Arts for Children and the Zakarpattya Regional Philharmonic.
